Our kitchen seeks to develop a new local gastronomic proposal based on the idea that you can eat delicious, healthy and consciously. 
We work under the principles of Slow Food and add a touch of our flavors from our land, local consumption and original avant-garde ideas to create a fresh and fun menu. 
We believe that there can be no improvements to food if there are no improvements to thought. We are "veggies" and we are proud to be. There is a flavor that identifies you and that you decide to keep. We are our first customers because we love our own creations.
